Throughout the duration of the Event there will be doctors, first aid and rescue team personnel, at the Start / Finish area and at predefined points in the various races, in order to render first aid and emergency services where required.
Everyone who participates in any of the races, does so at their own risk and responsibility.
The organizers cannot be held responsible for any health mishap, to any participant, during the race events, which arose from a participant neglecting to take precautionary health tests before the events.
It is recommended that all participants in 10 km and Castle Run subject themselves to health and fitness tests, medical examination tests and cardiac tests in particular for those over 35 years of age.
The organizers are not requesting the above health certificates from any of the participants, as all runners will be taking part at their own risk, and they, or their guardians, will have signed as such on the registration form- hardcopy or through their electronic application via the internet.
